The rooms were more spacious than anticipated and such a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and nice and well equipped. We liked being able to be close to the pool to see what fun was happening. And such a great location right by Park City Mountain resort. The staff was incredibly personable and helpful as well. 5 stars all around

Our large corner room at Shadow ridge 303 was right off the elevator. We stayed during the off season so the place was very quiet. Our visit happened to coincide with their remodel of the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center, and while we were disappointed not to enjoy these amenities, management made it up to us with a discount on our room price. Everything should be operational after Memorial Day. It would be worth a return visit.

Location cannot be beat. You are pretty much by the ski lift. Condo was updated but the 2 beds are only full size, and not the most comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which was great but one had okay pressure, the 2 shower handles need to be fixed as one was very hard to turn and the other one was very lose. Other than that, it was an overall great stay. Kitchen has all what you need and we had plenty of space in the living room.

We really enjoyed Shadow Ridge unit 401. It is well appointed, with a nice amount of space. We enjoyed the view, the wood burning fireplace, and the primary bedroom had an awesome memory foam mattress. Only downside was that the primary bathroom seemed to have a water pressure issue and I am only mentioning this for future guests. I am definitely going to book this fantastic location in the future.

This place is all about location... Proximity to the lifts. Otherwise my hotel room was clean. The coffee set up below par, no microwave. Walls are thin; I could hear clear conversations from adjacent rooms loved the outdoor pool.

We had a great stay at this unit in Park City. It was very spacious with lots of amenities, and everything was clean and comfortable. The customer service was excellent and easy to work with. The location is perfect—just minutes to the lifts. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a ski trip to PC. One bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious. The only issue I had was with parking. The information packet sent to us said we got one parking place as a matter of course (which was true and very convenient), but also could get another spot, space permitting. When I asked at the front desk about the second spot, I was told that was not available under any circumstance. It created parking issues for our son, who traveled up from SLC to spend the night so that we could all ski together the next day. So, Shadow Ridge should inform its front desk employees of its actual policies.

I had an amazing three week stay here. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The outdoor pool, SpaTub and Suana were great!

This place is wonderful! The staff was so cordial and accommodating, the room was perfect, and loved being able to walk right out to the slopes! If you don’t mind hills the town is close enough to walk to and is super convenient especially when parking is so limited in town!

We stayed a week for skiing in Shadow Ridge and loved it. Unbeatable location next to the lift, convenient nearby bus stops to go to Park City Main street, very spacious, fully equipped and comfortable condo. The whole family used the exterior heated pool as well as the interior very big hot tub and sauna area. Highly recommendable.
