We stayed 3 nights during June. The communication by email was great. Very clear and very simple instructions for check in and check out. The condo was spotless, and everything was in good working order. The place was well furnished and comfortable. It’s located right at the base of the chair lift and in the main street of shops and restaurants.

The Caledonian appears to be a very nice place but when you start actually get in deeper than the surface you find problems. Neither TV; in the bedroom or living room worked so we had to call maintenance. Later we found that the hot tub didn't work so we had to call maintenance. Also the doorbell didn't work, the toaster didn't work, the dishwasher was a pain in the butt however it did finally work. And the refrigerator kept leaking water and spitting random cubes of ice on to the floor. My advice to anyone staying here is to walk around as soon as you get there and try every single mechanical device. At least you'll only have to call for maintenance once and get everything fixed. My main takeaway from this weekend is that it isn't well maintained AT ALL! When I pay as much as I had to pay for this condo I think it is natural to expect things to work properly! I mean for the love of all that is holy in the hospitality industry, check the state of your property once in a while! If it had just been 1-2 things I wouldn't be so fussed but we just kept finding one more thing that didn't work. It got to be ridiculous! There were good things too. I have to give credit to the beds, they were very nice and combined with the fresh mountain air we slept like babies. The shower was good! We didn't try the jetted tub so I'm not sure if it worked or not. It was nice on the balconys looking over the street, to bad we couldn't enjoy the hot tub the first evening. The special thing about this condo is the location. Right by the town lift and a great spot to catch the trolley! We just walked up Main stopping in here and there, shopping, drinks, art galleries, food, etc.. The weather was perfect too.

The place was beautiful and great location. Right out the door is Main Street and the town lift. Unfortunately, it was a terrible ski year and the town lift was closed. However, the bus system is fantastic and easy to get to the resort or canyons. The property management was excellent and easily provided needed supplies and extra towels throughout the stay. Hot tub was clean and well maintained and the interior had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Overall, will definitely stay there again if given the choice. It was 6 adults that stayed in the place, my wife and I and both of our adult kids with their girlfriends. They shared the back room.

Booked for ski trip. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but there is plenty to do in and around Park City. Communication from the All Seasons team was very good. As for accommodations the location was great. However the unit had a musty smell downstairs. Not sure if it had not been occupied in a while?? The refrigerator need to have water filter changed, downstairs powder room sink missing aerator and clocks had not been set for daylight savings time. Also wish they provided laundry detergent or pods to use washer and dryer. Hot tubs was great as it was prepped and ready for our visit. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautiful and in such a convenient location for our ski vacation. Had the ease of ski in/ski out...rentals steps from the lift. Loved being able to walk out for coffee, shopping, meals. Reserved parking, albeit the spaces are tight for large vehicles. Brand new carpeting throughout was a bonus! Private hot tub is such a luxury! Only complaint was a horrible smell in the laundry room but luckily it didn't creep out into the other spaces.

The location is great — right in the heart of park city immediately next to the town lift. For that type of access I expected to pay a premium. The unit is very spacious and accommodates a family of four easily with perhaps room for one more on the couch or 2-3 more on sleeping bags (but would not be terribly comfortable). And the hot tub was large and well maintained. However …. The owners should pay more attention to maintenance. The dishwasher is rusted and the provided kitchen utensils are pretty bad. Not a single knife that could slice butter, and no sponge to wash up. The quality of the fixtures (faucet, bathroom, lights, etc) is cheap and plastic- y. I didn’t really expect luxury appliances but a step up from builders grade would have been nice. Also, absolutely no instructions on how to use the hot tub, television or fireplace. Again not rocket science to figure out but it felt quite impersonal. On the plus side the beds were very comfortable which is unusual for a vacation place or hotel for us. So mixed bag. Would we stay there again? Probably, but we might also look around.

The location can't be beat, close to town lift, many restaurants and ski rental. Very spacious for 6 people. Each person had their own beds, 2 using sofa beds. Hot tub on the balcony was a plus. I took off a star for service mainly because there wasn't any, other than with online booking and answering some questions. They were able to hold luggage prior to check in and allowed earlier entrance into unit. We could've used more blankets for the sofa bed, especially for downstairs. The hot tub doesn't filter very well as the water got cloudy after first use.

Ideal location right in the heart of Park City. Loved the layout of the unit, very roomy and comfortable. Lots of storage space with a large closet near the door for coats, boots, etc. and a huge walk in closet and large dresser upstairs in the bedroom. Having your own toasty hot tub to enjoy while overlooking the ski lift was incredible. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Unit 212 at the Caledonian 12/2025. An ideal location giving perfect access to Main Street and the Park City Ski Resort and directly adjacent to the Town Lift Plaza. The unit itself was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation! Would definitely book again!

The only issue we had was trying to make the unit cooler as we couldn't find thermostats and when we did we turned the to "off" -- but the heat never stopped pouring in day and night. So we ended up opening windows throughout our stay to make the place cool enough to survive. Other than that, its a perfect place in the perfect location in downtown Park City.
