This is a great pet friendly place to stay. We arrived at check in and we're given a gift bag for our dogs!!! So many great essentials and toys in there. So thoughtful. Then the valet help you empty your vehicle and bring all your stuff to your room! This is so helpful considering it takes a minute to find your way around. The prices in the marketplace for sundries weren't bad. Very reasonable for beer. Now our Villa was awesome. Full kitchen is stocked so nicely. A stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all the things you need for a week's stay. The king sized bed on the bedroom is so comfortable! The pillows and blanket very nice! There is also a large jacuzzi tub in our room. Fits two people. The steam in the shower is the coolest feature. Very high end with a rain shower and granite throughout. The living room has an electric fireplace and wet bar. I highly recommend this place of you have dogs. You can take them right outside the resort and let them run the ski slopes. There is also a gravel parking lot right across the street that they can run. Five stars here for sure!!!

This hotel has the most amazing service and beautiful rooms and resort. My wife and I love coming here for special occasions and we’re consistently amazed with the hospitality and accommodations. Today Nice at the front desk went out her way to help us extend our stay and find a perfect room for us. She held our reservation while we made arrangements and was so friendly and easy to work with. We cannot say enough good things about the experience here. The pools are fantastic. The restaurants and pickle ball and the resort grounds are great!

Came here for our anniversary and they were so nice and upgraded our room to a luxury suite! And gave us free valet! Ace was so kind and congratulatory, made our entire day!! The resort is so nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Only downside is not many restaurants nearby that are more affordable but the drive isn’t bad. We would 100% come back!

Our stay at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa was fantastic! The location is incredible, and the mountain views are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. There were plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, and having an on-site convenience store made everything even easier. The indoor/outdoor pool was one of our favorite amenities, and with Canyons Village right behind the resort, there were even more restaurants and activities just a short walk away. We also hosted a surprise birthday party during our stay and were able to reserve the observation deck. It was the perfect setting, and the staff went above and beyond to help make the event a success. Thank you to the entire Westgate Park City Resort & Spa team for making our week so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Laura is absolutely amazing! She has already made the beginning of our stay at Westgate Park City so memorable. From the 250 USA BBQ to enthusiastically encouraging guests to take part in the Patriot Quest by searching for all 50 hidden state stars throughout the property, and sharing great tips on where to catch the drone show, she has gone above and beyond. Thank you, Laura, for your kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care. You truly represent the spirit of Westgate, and your dedication is what exceptional customer service looks like. The resort has been here for awhile, but is well maintained. It is like a maze moving from one amenity to another, which we found interesting. Grand lobby, excellent indoor outdoor pool, spa, private pool, gameroom, parking garage… all came together for an excellent getaway.

We have stayed here once before and had such a great experience that we came back. This time around our experience was just as good. Paul at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and went over the top to make our anniversary stay special. My only complaint was that the hot tub in the adults only area was out for emergency repair. Which, emergencies can't be helped, so it's not a mark against them. Juan at Draft Burger Bar (an onsite restaurant) was also great! Didn't rush us as we were trying to quickly finish our food before they closed. Would highly recommend everything here! The staff here make you feel very cared for.

Wonderful experienced and super friendly staff. Family friendly. Great for kids and toddlers activity center has toys and games and even some game consoles for teens. They have crafts activities daily too! The adult pool is serene and has a steam room. Big outdoor pool is covered half way. Jacuzzis are out uncovered. They have an indoor gym for free too. Super fun place!

I recently stayed at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa in Utah and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Laura at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Laura was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. What truly stood out were the thoughtful recommendations she provided throughout our visit. From local dining spots and activities to suggestions around Park City and the resort amenities, every recommendation was spot on and enhanced our overall experience. Her knowledge of the area and genuine willingness to help made us feel valued as guests. Laura’s outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and attention to detail are a true reflection of the high standards at Westgate Park City. I had an amazing person named Spring that took care of me during my stay. She was incredible and made my trip the best trip I have ever had in Park City. Spring should be how wonderful staying and owning a place at Westgate. She was so helpful with everything. My 11 year old son is still taking how special she made him feel.
