6 months agoI am a permanent resident here at Bear Hollow Village. The club house is mostly clean and tidy at all times. My issue is with the frequency of the hot tub water being changed. I moved here in October 2025 and have not seen the water changed. I work from home and visit the clubhouse frequently. The hot tub puts out a strong smell of chlorine indicating that the water is dirty. Many families circulate through here all winter long and not changing the water is kind of gross. I believe this is an easy solution and can be fixed. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

over 1 year agoThe unit was very nice and clean. Conveniently located to both Park City and the Canyons. The only problem we ran into was the ice maker didn’t work. We had 9 people in our party and the space was perfect. Loved having a garage! Amazing kitchen and really enjoyed to hot tub!! I would stay again in this unit!
